Quick Start Guide

A guide to kickstart your reputation management journey. It’ll help you set up your account in under 15 minutes and start collecting valuable customer reviews right away.

Complete Steps 1-4 to start seeing results immediately, then explore additional features at your own pace.

Setup Checklist
Step 1

Upload your business logo

Upload Logo of Business
  • Click on the “Upload Logo” button on the onboarding checklist.
    or
    Go to Settings > Locations > Update Organizations.
Select save brand logo
  • Select your business logo image to upload, click on save, and it’s done!
Note:
  1. You can display your business logo on the Feedback forms, review request emails, & widgets.
Step 2

Connect your review sites

Connect Review Site
  • Go to the “Integrations > Sources” page.

  • Select the review site that you want to connect to, e.g., Google review profile.
Signin or authorize
  • Connect via the “Grant Access” option and sign in with your Google account that is connected to your business profile.

  • Make sure you select the consent checkbox at the top right corner and then continue.

  • Select the location that you want to connect and click on connect.

Tips:
  1. Always connect your Google Profile via the “Grant Access” option for real-time reviews sync and auto response features.
  2. Connect all review sites that you use to manage their reviews from one dashboard.
  3. If you want to connect more than one GBP, then you can set up multiple locations & manage them from a single account.
Step 3

Set up feedback forms

Create Feedback Form
  • Go to the Feedback Forms page from the sidebar menu.
    “Review Tools > Feedback Forms”

Create or select form
  • Create a new form and name it according to purpose, e.g., post-purchase feedback.

  • Customize the form according to your preference. You can customize form content, style, and logo, and link it with one or more review sites.

  • Make sure your review site, i.e., Google, is linked to the feedback form by visiting the Content & Flow tab. It should be checked as shown in the image.
  • Save the form.
Form is ready to share
  • Your smart feedback form is ready. You can share it via direct link, QR, embed it, or connect it with review request campaigns.
Tips:
  1. These smart feedback forms are linked with Review Request emails, sms & WhatsApp messages.
  2. Multiple review sites can be linked with a feedback form, but we recommend connecting only the Primary one i.e., Google, to get the benefit of auto-redirect.
Step 4

Set up review request campaigns

Create review request campaigns
  • Go to the Request Reviews page from the sidebar menu.
    ‘Campaigns > Request Reviews’
  • Create a new campaign & name it according to purpose, i.e. ‘Post purchase review requests’
Design campaign steps and channels
  • While designing your campaign, the first thing you need to decide is how many steps you need.
  • In each step, you can enable the channels you want to send requests to, e.g., email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • The messages are sent on days defined in the step setting, in this example, the first message on Day 1, the Second on Day 3, and so on.

  • You can customize the design or message of each step to suit your business.
  • Preview tabs give you an exact preview of how your message looks.
Tips:
  1. Always send a test invite to your own contact to experience how it looks before sending to real contacts.
  2. From the campaign setting, you can connect your company email to send review requests, i.e. [email protected]. >> Watch Video Tutorial
Step 5

Send your first review request

Add invitees send invites
  • To send review requests, you need to add customer details.
Select appropriate options
  • You can add Invitees in multiple ways. Manually, CSV upload, or with automation.

  • Each customer should have either an email or a phone number or both.
  • The invitee’s name is optional, but recommended to personalize the message & improve delivery.
Bulk Upload options
  • To import multiple customers at once, create a CSV file with columns of Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone, and upload it.

  • On next screen, map the columns with right field.
  • Select the campaign which you want to send to these contacts.
  • Set the daily limit to 30, and click on Import.
Tips:
  1. You can use Google Sheets, BCC, & other integrations to automate adding contacts.
  2. If you’re using any CRM in your business setup, you can also use it to automate adding contacts with the Repuva API.
Step 6

Generate QR codes (Optional)

Create QR Code to collect reviews
  • To create a new QR code, go to Review Tools > QR Codes > Create QR Code

  • Give a clear name that represents the purpose of QR code.
  • Select the type “Feedback Form” or “Custom URL” that you want to link with this QR.
    In 99% cases, you only need to connect your feedback form with QR.
  • Select the feedback form and save to generate a QR.

Notes:

  1. You can also customize url of qr to some meaningful words instead of random letters.
  2. The name & Description are only for internal use and are only visible to you.

  • Click on manage to view stats related to it.
  • Click Download > Design your own to customize the design of your QR
Step 7

Add team members (optional)

Add team member
  • To add new team members, go to Settings > Team
  • Enter their email address, select from default roles, and send an invite.
  • Added members will receive an email with an invitation link to sign up, they just need to join the platform with that link to continue.
