Your feedback form is the bridge between a customer’s experience and your online reputation.
This guide walks you through setting up your feedback form in Repuva in just a few minutes.
Set up Feedback Form
Go to the Feedback Forms page from the sidebar menu. “Review Tools > Feedback Forms”
Create a new form and name it according to purpose, e.g., post-purchase feedback.
Customize the form according to your preference. You can customize form content, style, and logo, and link it with one or more review sites.
Make sure your review site, i.e., Google, is linked to the feedback form by visiting the Content & Flow tab. It should be checked as shown in the image.
Save the form.
Your smart feedback form is ready. You can share it via direct link, QR, embed it, or connect it with review request campaigns.
Tips:
These smart feedback forms are linked with Review Request emails, sms & WhatsApp messages.
Multiple review sites can be linked with a feedback form, but we recommend connecting only the Primary one, e.g., Google, to get the benefit of auto-redirect.
