Review request campaigns reach your customers via email, SMS, and WhatsApp — so you never miss a chance to turn a great experience into a glowing review.
Set up campaigns
Go to the Request Reviews page from the sidebar menu. ‘Campaigns > Request Reviews’
Create a new campaign & name it according to purpose, i.e. ‘Post purchase review requests’
While designing your campaign, the first thing you need to decide is how many steps you need.
In each step, you can enable the channels you want to send requests to, e.g., email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
The messages are sent on days defined in the step setting, in this example, the first message on Day 1, the Second on Day 3, and so on.
You can customize the design or message of each step to suit your business.
Preview tabs give you an exact preview of how your message looks.
Tips:
Always send a test invite to your own contact to experience how it looks before sending to real contacts.
By default, the system ignores sending duplicate review requests to the same contact for 14 days. You can also configure this value in ‘Campaign Setting > Advance Setting’
