Campaign Settings that you must know

Here we have listed some of the unique features or settings inside review request campaigns that often get overlooked.

1. Schedule your campaign

You can schedule your campaign within a defined time duration window, when your customers are most active and you’re most likely to receive their response.

Go to your “Campaign Setting > Schedule” to change this setting.

2. Reply-to email

You can set your own reply to email within the campaign setting. This email is used to receive replies if any customer responds to your review request emails.

3. Custom sending email

You can set your business email i.e. [email protected], as a custom sending email in “Campaign Setting > Email Setting

4. Set different sending emails

You can set different sending emails for different campaigns, as this setting is managed at the campaign level.

5. Use opt-in form to quickly add contacts in campaign

Utilize opt-in forms to let your staff or anyone quickly add contacts to a campaign. They don’t need to log in to the platform to do that. 

6. Follow ups stops when customer reacts

Repuva does not send follow-up steps if a customer clicks on the review link or is redirected to the review site. 

7. Ignore duplicate requests

By default, the system ignores sending duplicate review requests to the same contact for 14 days. You can also configure this value in “Campaign Setting > Advance Setting

8. Variable tags inside campaign message

You can easily insert various variable tags inside the step message to make it more unique & personalized for the contact.

9. Design & Theme

You can easily customize email design & theme at every step to make sure it aligns with your brand theme.
